Tiny homes
Use less and find happiness.
In episode 4, Better Ancestors explores the sustainability of tiny home living. We hear from Matthew Lillis, the proud owner of a self-built tiny home, about the challenges and rewards of embarking on this adventure. We also speak with Everett Norris, who runs tiny home building workshops to help bring the skills and knowledge to those wishing to begin their own tiny home journey. In a fast-paced and consumer-driven world, tiny home living helps people identify exactly what it is they need to be happy, cutting out the excess which does not add to life’s meaning, connection, security, or health but which does add to an individual’s carbon footprint. As Everett says, a healthy house, one built to a person’s needs, is an environmental house.
