Water on the moon: what does this mean?

We’re looking at the significance of NASA’s recent discovery that there’s water on the sunlit side of the moon. Water is a key ingredient to venture into deep space and is a catalyst for future expeditions by humans to Mars.

Professor Kathy Campbell is an astrobiologist and geologist from the University of Auckland’s School of Environment and she says one of the problems is how to extract the water.
