Vanuatu considers legal action against major polluters

In what would be a world first, Vanuatu is considering taking legal action against the world’s most polluting fossil fuel corporations and countries. The country’s foreign minister says the great injustice of climate change is that the impacts are felt hardest by those least responsibile. The Vanuatu government is now exploring ways to shift the costs of climate protection back onto fossil fuel companies. Ralph Regenvanu is Vanuatu’s Foreign Minister. He talks to Susie Ferguson.
