Survey finds NZers prefer crunchy bugs
Crunchy or smooth? A question usually posed to peanut butter lovers – but a survey by AgResearch asked people whether they’d prefer eating bugs with a bite to them, or whether they liked them squishy.
The survey of over 1,000 people was to test the market potential for insect products.
