International report urges climate change action – discussion

An international report has warned of dire consequences if we fail to limit global warming. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says limiting warming to 1.5 degrees is vitally important to reduce projected flooding, food insecurity and climate stress. But what action should be taken? And are we all individually responsible?
